Role Description The Secretary role at Hyperobject Industries is a full-time, on-site position based in Ogden, UT. This role is responsible for managing daily clerical tasks, including preparing documents, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and organizing files. The Secretary will schedule and coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and support executives with administrative tasks such as travel arrangements and reports. The role also involves greeting visitors, answering phone calls and emails, and providing responsive customer service to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations by prioritizing tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting team communication. Qualifications Strong clerical skills, including document preparation, data entry, filing, and record management. Experience with company secretarial work, such as maintaining official records, preparing meeting minutes, and supporting compliance-related documentation. Background in executive administrative assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel or expense support.
