Homework Helpers, a top rated boutique tutoring center provides customized tutoring, test preparation and college advising. With an increased need for tutoring assistance as a result of the pandemic, our tutoring company has seen tremendous growth and the need to add qualified staff. The Office Client Coordinator position is responsible for most administrative duties and great interaction with our students and their families. Along with the responsibilities listed below, the ideal candidate will be conscientious, organized, thorough, and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in students/parents as they arrive Communicate effectively with staff and clients about schedules Answer inbound phone calls, update calendar and schedule appointments Conduct sales transactions with new clients Ensure the office is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material (i.e., pens, forms, brochures) Order front office supplies and maintain inventory of stock Handle billing and collections Perform general office duties-filing, photocopying, transcribing and data entry A successful candidate will meet the following job requirements: Ability to multi-task effectively, prioritize tasks and perform timely in a highly demanding environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to take initiative, work independently, and make educated decisions Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) applications Ability to effectively communicate (in person, by email, and by telephone) with staff and clients; good interpersonal relations
