BrighterNeuroTherapeutics.com) is a personalized-care interventional psychiatry practice located in Manhattan's Flatiron area, next to Madison Square Park. Founded by Dr. Grant H. Brenner in 2010, we focus on individual treatment planning and care with using Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato. We are seeking individuals with prior experience in patient-facing roles who are responsible, caring and conscientious. Experience in interventional psychiatry is preferred but not required, as supervision and training will be provided for this part-time role. Role Description This is a part-time role for a TMS Coordinator based in New York, NY. The TMS Coordinator will be responsible for managing treatment scheduling, maintaining accurate patient records, coordinating with clinicians, and delivering recurring TMS and Spravato sessions under Dr. Brenner's and Dr. Soe Thein's supervision. Additional responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting operational processes to ensure the effective delivery of services. Qualifications Organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage schedules and maintain accurate records Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with both patients and clinical staff Proficiency in administrative tasks, including data management, record-keeping, and compliance monitoring Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and support operational efficiency Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with both in-office and remote activities Familiarity with mental health services or medical office administration Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of scheduling software and general office applications Attention to details with regard to learning TMS and Spravato treatment in supervised technician role Base pay as below, with additional compensation for direct clinical-related work
