Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Support Assistant to provide general administrative and office support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping an office organized, handling documents and records, and assisting with day-to-day operational tasks. Key Responsibilities Sort, process, and distribute incoming mail and correspondence. Prepare and organize outgoing mail and packages as needed. Scan documents and maintain accurate electronic files. Make copies, print, and assemble documents and materials. File, organize, maintain, and retrieve paper and electronic documents and records. Handle routine office errands, including: Delivering shipments to FedEx. Sending certified mail through USPS . Maintain general office organization, cleanliness, and upkeep. Monitor and maintain office supplies, including keeping inventory organized and notifying appropriate personnel when supplies need to be replenished. Provide general administrative assistance and support with other office tasks as needed. Qualifications & Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Comfortable handling documents and maintaining organized records. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple routine tasks efficiently. Basic computer and document-handling skills. Professional and courteous communication skills. Ability to safely handle and transport mail, packages, and office materials for routine errands. Previous office or administrative experience is helpful but not required. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining an efficient and well-organized office. This role requires someone who can work independently, follow established procedures, and consistently complete tasks accurately and on time.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
