Summary Assists with the day-to-day running of the Dean's Office. Key Responsibilities Workloads for Full-time Faculty/Adjuncts and Addendums HSS Workload Addendums PeopleSoft

  • Permission codes, Rosters, DS coding Collecting Syllabi and saving to Share Drive Collecting Outside Activities Dean Scholar letters/updating in Share Drive E-procurement
  • Office Supplies, invoice payments Travel Expense Reimbursement forms Scheduling meetings with Dean's and Faculty/events Assist the Dean with monthly reports Federal Work Study Hiring List Serve/Mail merge CORE Maintenance tickets (Facilities) IT Requests
  • computer issues, email issues, TV setup, copier networking 5-year MBA applications VISA forms
    Minimum Requirements
    Candidate must possess excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
