Full-Time Darrah Land Surveying, PLLC is a Professional Land Surveying firm that has been providing surveying services to Northern New York and the Greater Glens Falls Area since 2006. Located in Lake Luzerne, NY, Darrah Land Surveying provides an opportunity to work and advance with a growing firm. This position would be fitting for individuals who are looking to further their career in an encouraging and supportive workplace.

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent with 8-10 years of relevant experience
Associate or Bachelor's Degree with 4-5 years of relevant experience Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service experience to clients in-person and over the phone
Respond to clients within an appropriate amount of time via phone or email and maintain records of correspondence with clients
Assist Management with day-to-day office functions
Prepare mailings and assist with preparation of municipal submissions
Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders for field and office supplies as needed.
Work closely with Management to administer company policies regarding safety, HR, and training, including presenting in-house training materials
Communicate with Management and Project Managers to update and organize project tracking using Excel spreadsheets
Assist with the onboarding process and provide appropriate paperwork and training for new hires
Review and update company policies and procedures as needed Required Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Must be organized and able to multitask
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Compensation:

$25-$30 total package
