Reporting to the Executive Director of Marketing and Communications, the position will involve a combination of being responsible for marketing activities as well as administrative duties.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will be able to expand the University's media role to cover both photo and video initiatives. Marketing responsibilities include updating headlines, news and events on the University's web site, booking photography and video and accompanying photographer at events, overseeing the digital photo library and uploading new galleries using existing filing system, schedule and manage photo and video shoots and keeping all enrollment and student life events 100% current across the online calendar. Administrative duties include general clerical functions such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, tracking projects, ordering supplies, managing purchase orders and invoices preparation, budget monitoring, credit card reconciliation and vendor management. Bachelor's degree or some college a plus. Dominican University New York is a private not-for-profit institution.
