Role Description This is an on-site, part-time (2 days per week) Administrative Assistant role located in Rochester, NY. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily office operations, supporting executive-level staff, handling clerical tasks, and maintaining professional communication with clients and team members. Duties include scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and ensuring that the office runs efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office tasks, organize records, and handle documentation with accuracy Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with clients and team members Experience with medical billing is a plus. Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, scheduling, and supporting executive staff Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks, etc.) and the ability to learn new software quickly High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in office administration is a plus
