This position plays an important role in the day-to-day operation of the dealership and works with multiple departments, including Sales, Service, and the Business Office. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, and able to provide a positive experience for both customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities include:

Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner Greeting and assisting customers Cashiering and processing customer payments Completing DMV and vehicle registration paperwork Stocking new and used vehicles into the dealership's system Processing and organizing vehicle paperwork and deal jackets Assisting with titles, registrations, and other dealership documentation Filing, scanning, copying, and maintaining organized records Assisting with basic accounting and office functions as needed Communicating with Sales, Service, Parts, and management to ensure paperwork is completed accurately Providing general administrative support to the dealership Performing other office duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Friendly and professional communication skills Comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy dealership environment Basic computer and data-entry skills Dependable attendance and a positive attitude Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Previous dealership, DMV, cashiering, or office experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate About Us Jim Murphy Chevrolet of Springville is a locally operated dealership focused on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a team-oriented work environment. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, dependable, and interested in becoming a valuable part of our dealership team.

Pay:

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
