About us Loveland Pediatric Dentistry is a single doctor owned private practice in Loveland, OH. Our mission is to provide extraordinary, comprehensive pediatric dental services for infants, children, adolescents, and individuals with special needs.

Growth opportunities We're looking for a well-organized, polite and detail-oriented individual who can efficiently communicate with our customers and assist them in scheduling their procedures as directed by the doctor. The Pediatric Treatment Coordinator will be required to handle customer questions and concerns, reviewing out of pocket pricing as well as assist our customers with any and all financial questions/procedures. The ideal candidate will also have good computer skills, at least two years experience working in dental front office, and have experience with dental PPO insurances.
Responsibilities:
Answer telephones, emails and texts in a timely and courteous manner. Assist with scheduling appointments/procedures Ensure patients have filled out appropriate forms Be on time for work and have a good work ethic Provide administrative support to members of the office Verify dental insurances and be able to explain coverage for services Most importantly, the ideal candidate should share our passion for excellent care to our patients and families!
Job Types:
Part-time, Full-time Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 36.0 per week
