Administrative Assistant / Front Desk About the Opportunity A growing, multi-location medical aesthetics practice is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Front Desk team member for its Gahanna, Ohio location. Our practice has been serving patients for more than two decades and is committed to providing high-quality aesthetic treatments, exceptional patient experiences, and strong provider-patient relationships. We are continuing to grow and are looking for a polished, dependable, and service-oriented professional to join our team.

About the Position The Administrative Assistant / Front Desk team member plays an important role in creating an exceptional experience for patients from their first interaction with the practice through check-out. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This individual should be able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a welcoming and polished presence. An interest in the beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics industry is strongly preferred. Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, customer service, and computer skills are important for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Provide an exceptional first impression for patients, both over the phone and in person Professionally answer incoming calls and respond to common patient questions Educate prospective and existing patients on available providers, services, and treatments using approved practice resources and messaging Check patients in and out for appointments Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments Maintain accurate patient and appointment information Assist with administrative and front-office responsibilities as needed Complete assigned projects and downtime tasks Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming front desk environment Collaborate effectively with providers and other members of the practice team Attend scheduled team meetings and trainings Participate in ongoing professional development and goal-setting discussions Work approximately one Saturday per month, with a weekday off during the week the Saturday is worked Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Professional and friendly communication style Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment At least one year of customer service experience preferred, but not required Previous experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing environment is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to bend and kneel as needed Ability to lift up to 15 pounds Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Day and occasional evening availability Approximately one Saturday per month Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
