PURPOSE:
The Administrative Assistant -FIXX provides administrative and data management support to the Pressure Pumping Maintenance Department. This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely entry of maintenance, repair, inspection, and asset information into the FIXX Maintenance Tracking System. The role supports maintenance compliance, reporting, work order management, vendor documentation, and recordkeeping activities to help maintain operational efficiency and asset reliability.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
Enter, update, and maintain maintenance records within the FIXX Maintenance Tracking System. Process work orders, repair records, preventive maintenance schedules, and equipment service documentation. Verify accuracy and completeness of maintenance data before system entry. Track equipment inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities to ensure records remain current. Maintain electronic and physical maintenance files for vehicles, equipment, and assets. Generate reports from FIXX and assist management with analyzing maintenance trends and outstanding work orders. Coordinate with mechanics, supervisors, and vendors to obtain required documentation and repair information. Maintain accurate records of asset locations, service history, and equipment status. Perform additional administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
