We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and callers while providing administrative support to multiple departments. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Requirements:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors. Prepare and type customer quotes and assist with follow-up customer service activities. Create purchase orders for office and janitorial supplies. Perform general office duties including filing, copying, mailing, and record keeping. Support customer service and administrative projects as assigned. Prepare and maintain business correspondence and company records. Assist with other administrative duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous administrative, receptionist, or office experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to operate standard office equipment including phones, copiers, and printers. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent phone etiquette. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, and stoop throughout the workday. Ability to perform occasional moderate lifting. No heavy lifting required.
