Job Description

Role Description:
The Plant Administrator role provides vital support to M&W in different departments with projects, tasks, generating and updating SOPS, and tracking KPI and operational measures to help optimize the profits of our Company. This role involves managing communication and documentation with all aspects of precast operations.
General Responsibilities and Duties:
Receiving Complete daily receiving transactions for the plant and store using the computer system Maintain accurate receiving paperwork and follow up on missing documentation. Coordinate movement of plant materials delivered to the store. Production Packets Print drawings and prepare production packets 3-4 days ahead. Ensure required production and QA/QC documentation is included. Maintain drawing revisions and deliver completed packets to production. Production Posting Enter completed production into the computer system. Ensure required production paperwork is complete and accurate. Maintain production posting records and identify discrepancies. Production Verification Assist with verification of production records and postings. Identify discrepancies and communicate them to the appropriate personnel. Maintain supporting documentation for production verification. Inventory Prepare inventory and cycle-count sheets. Enter completed inventory counts into the computer system. Maintain inventory paperwork and records. Hiring Support Schedule interviews. Coordinate interview times with candidates and the interview team. Maintain interview scheduling information. Safety Administration Maintain safety logs, training records, and required documentation. Schedule and track required employee training and certifications. Prepare toolbox-talk materials and document Safety Committee meetings. Other duties as assigned

Candidate must excel at working in a team environment as well as independently Must present a high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication Strong problem-solving skills and reasoning to solve administrative issues Experience in managing multiple concurrent tasks Be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G-Suite, Excel, Power Point as well as internet/intranet usage Develop and utilize spreadsheets Ability to meet set deadlines using time management skills Eligible to work in the U.S Reliable transportation to get you back and forth to work
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent Experience in the construction or precast industry a plus Previous experience in administrative role a plus
