Management & Training Corporation (MTC) operates the Bluebonnet Detention Facility in Anson, TX. We provide a safe and secure working environment for our staff while helping non-citizens gain valuable skills and treatment necessary for success upon release. What you'll do: You'll be responsible for clerical tasks related to records administration.
Additional duties include:
Perform count room duties ensuring an accurate facility count. Prepare and review intake packets. Proofread records or forms including arrival and release files; copy needed information from one record to another as required. Operate office equipment such as computers, fax machines, and copy machines. Perform input and output operations and make adjustments necessary to ensure schedules are met.
Education & Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent and computer proficiency required. One (1) year of clerical, administrative or related experience, including computer data entry experience is preferred. Must have successfully complete required preservice training. Valid drivers license in the state of Texas with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.
