Program Administrator Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Program Administrator to oversee the daily operations of a state-licensed respite care facility. This role involves managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and supporting the delivery of quality care services. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to coordinate with staff and regulatory agencies to maintain smooth facility operations. Responsibilities Administer the operations of a licensed respite care facility, ensuring adherence to all state licensing requirements. Manage and maintain necessary documentation, including forms, reports, and records required by state agencies. Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring to ensure high-quality care delivery. Coordinate with state agencies during inspections and audits, providing required documentation and facilitating compliance. Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, track data, and manage administrative workflows efficiently. Monitor daily activities within the facility to ensure safety, compliance, and optimal service delivery. Support communication between staff, clients, families, and regulatory bodies to promote transparency and accountability. Experience Proven experience in administrative roles within healthcare or licensed care facilities is preferred. Familiarity with state licensing regulations for respite or similar care services is advantageous. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing forms and documentation. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Good communication skills for liaising with staff, clients, families, and regulatory agencies. Pay:
$49,239.54 - $59,299.23 per year
