REQUIREMENTS
The Afterschool Program Secretary will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the afterschool program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Oversees monthly tuition billing and collections, including issuing late fees and maintaining accurate payment records through My School Bucks Maintain and update program documents, including attendance records, registration forms, My School Bucks spreadsheets, supply requisitions, and withdrawal paperwork Communicate effectively with parents via phone, email, and ParentSquare to address inquiries, provide information, and relay messages from program leadership Process and track program supply orders and ensure accurate documentation of financial and enrollment records Assist in maintaining compliance with district and program policies regarding student records and confidentiality Collaborate with program staff and campus leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Provide exceptional customer service to families while maintaining professionalism and adhering to program policies Exhibit empathy and understanding toward families while remaining firm in upholding established procedures Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills in handling administrative challenges Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager or district administration

Office environment; frequent interaction with parents, staff, and students Ability to sit, stand, and walk for sustained periods as required by daily tasks Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
