Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in Hull,, supporting the daily operations of Flex Health's clinical and occupational health services. Responsibilities include managing front desk activities, answering and directing phone calls, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized records and files. The role also involves handling correspondence, preparing basic reports, supporting executive and clinical staff with administrative tasks, and ensuring that patient information is processed accurately and confidentially. The Administrative Assistant will coordinate office supplies, assist with meeting arrangements, and provide general clerical support to promote an efficient and welcoming environment for clients and team members. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, filing, and document management. Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and external partners. Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as supporting leadership with calendar management and basic correspondence. Candidates should possess proficiency with office software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets) and basic data entry skills. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a clinical setting. Prior experience in a healthcare, rehabilitation, or occupational health environment is beneficial. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or certification in office administration is an advantage. Candidates should possess a professional, client-centered approach and the ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team.
