Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Flexible Day Shift (7:00 AM-3:00 PM, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative operations at a manufacturing/industrial site in Deer Park, TX. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys managing documentation, supporting purchasing activities, maintaining electronic records, and providing general office support in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the site team. Manage calendars, emails, and general office correspondence. Organize and maintain electronic files, policies, procedures, and shared folders. Assist with document control and electronic records management. Create and process purchase requisitions and support purchasing activities. Order office supplies and site materials as needed. Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintained. Review, cross-check, and update records with a high level of accuracy. Support various administrative projects and other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Administrative Assistant or related administrative experience . Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic Excel . Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience maintaining electronic files and document control systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Reliable transportation and ability to work 100% onsite in Deer Park, TX. Valid driver's license. Work Environment 100% onsite position in Deer Park, TX. Office setting within an industrial/manufacturing facility. Closed-toe shoes are required while onsite.
