Job Description

About Build Bravely Build Bravely is a fractional operations company, providing marketing and AI automation support to small businesses. We act as an embedded operations team for our clients, helping them run more efficiently, market more effectively, and adopt automation without needing to hire a full in-house team. Position Overview Build Bravely is an early-stage startup, and this role is a chance to grow alongside the company. You'll work directly with the owner to support day-to-day operations across our client accounts, handling scheduling, communication, and coordination that keeps our marketing and automation work running smoothly. We're looking for someone who is organized and dependable now, but who is also hungry to learn, take on more responsibility, and grow into a bigger role as Build Bravely grows. This role is remote, but you should live in or near Dripping Springs, TX, since periodic in-person meetings will be part of the job. What You'll Do Manage scheduling, calendars, and appointment coordination across Build Bravely and our client accounts. Handle email and communication on behalf of Build Bravely and our clients, professionally and promptly. Track your hours by client account each day, so time can be billed accurately. Support light data entry, invoicing, and document organization. Help maintain organized files, records, and processes across our client accounts. Assist with coordinating marketing and AI automation projects: scheduling content, organizing assets, and tracking project status. Take on new responsibilities over time as you learn our clients and systems. This role is designed to grow. Other administrative and operational tasks as needed. No two weeks will look exactly the same. What We're Looking For Obsessed with the small details: you notice what others miss, and you catch mistakes before they happen. You genuinely love organizing. If you've ever alphabetized a bookshelf, color-coded a closet, or redone your pantry just because it felt good, this role is for you.
A great memory:
you retain details, preferences, and follow-ups without needing to be reminded twice. Comfortable doing similar tasks daily. You find rhythm and satisfaction in routine rather than needing constant novelty. Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. Comfortable using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT as part of your daily work. You don't need to be an expert, just willing to put them to use. Bias toward action. You'd rather try something and adjust as you go than wait around for perfect instructions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working independently and remotely, with regular check-ins.
Tech-comfortable:
Google Workspace / Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and willingness to learn new software. A genuine desire to learn, grow, and take on more. Prior admin experience is a plus, but attitude matters more than resume. Lives in or near Dripping Springs, TX and is available for occasional in-person meetings. Compensation & Schedule $18 to $20/hour, depending on experience 20 hours/week, with a flexible schedule to be set together Room for increased hours, pay, and responsibility as you grow with Build Bravely Visit www.buildbravely.co to learn more about our company
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Benefits:
Flexible schedule Application Question(s): Tell us about the last time you had to manage several small tasks for different people at once. How did you keep it all straight? What does doing a good job look like to you when the work is mostly repetitive and happens behind the scenes, where no one's watching closely? If you were a few weeks into this role and realized you'd been doing something wrong the whole time without anyone catching it, what would you do next? What's a tool, habit, or process you rely on to make sure nothing falls through the cracks? How do you currently use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in your day-to-day life or work? Give one specific, real example, not a general statement.
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Dripping Springs, TX 78620
