Job Description
1. Answering phones 2. Schedule New Pt and Hospital Follow up appointments 3. Verifying pts insurance 4.
Checking patients in:
obtaining and verifying their insurance information along with updating it in the EMR system (ECW) 5. Screening to make sure that all HMO patients have Referrals Authorizations prior to being checked in. 6. Confirming patients 3-5 business days in advance 6. Rooming patients 7. Checking out patients 8. Translating for Spanish speaking patients 9. Balancing out at the end of the day. 10. Doing Prior Authorizations forMedications Job Type:
