Front Desk/Administrative Asst. McLain Legal Services - Navasota, TX 77868 We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk/Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face and operational backbone of our office. This energetic role involves managing front desk activities, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while taking detailed messages when necessary. Handle front desk duties including greeting visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression. Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records of confidential information. Calendar management Support team members with administrative tasks like typing correspondence, organizing files, and managing office equipment. Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry tasks. Experience using multi-line phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong communication abilities.
