The Clerical Assistant will be responsible for various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members. Assist in office management tasks, including maintaining supplies and equipment. Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting and financial record-keeping. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors. Organize files, documents, and correspondence for easy access and retrieval. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner. Support personal assistant duties as needed, including travel arrangements. Maintain an organized workspace to enhance productivity. Experience Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as communication with diverse clients is valued. Previous experience in customer support or service roles is advantageous. Familiarity with office management practices will be beneficial.
