Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Assist visitors and answer phone inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide information regarding appraisal district procedures, policies, and deadlines.
Direct public inquiries to the appropriate staff or department. 2.
Data Entry and Record Maintenance:
Accurately input data into appraisal district systems.
Maintain, organize, and file documents, both physical and digital.
Ensure proper handling of confidential information. 3.
Administrative Support:
Prepare and distribute correspondence, notices, and forms as needed.
Assist with mail distribution, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Support staff in preparing for meetings, events, and deadlines. 4.
Compliance and Accuracy:
Ensure records and data comply with appraisal district standards and state guidelines.
Verify the accuracy of submitted documents and report discrepancies. 5.
Other Duties:
Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
