Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and directing calls to the appropriate staff. Perform patient check-in and check-out, ensuring all required forms are completed and demographic, insurance, and contact information is accurate and up to date. Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits prior to visits, including confirming eligibility and documenting verification details in the electronic health record.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
