Job Description

As a Construction Personal Assistant, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with construction processes. Proficiency with scheduling software, document management systems, and tools like Microsoft Office is required. Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and discretion help you effectively coordinate between project teams, clients, and management. These skills ensure smooth operations, timely project execution, and efficient support for busy construction professionals. A construction personal assistant provides high-level administrative, logistical, and operational support to company executives Job Overview & Core Responsibilities Coordinate professional and personal calendars, meetings, and appointments for senior leadership. Handle building permits, contractor licensing, compliance documentation, and project files. Monitor executive email correspondence, answer phone calls, and act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and subcontractors. Process and submit expense reports, and maintain physical or digital filing systems. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or a related field is preferred. 2 to 5 years of professional administrative or executive support experience, preferably within the construction, real estate, or trades industries. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and familiarity with construction-specific software Exceptional written and verbal communication, strict discretion with confidential data, strong multi-tasking abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
