General Public - G Job Duties Provides administrative support for day-to-day operations of the MAC and its programs; Manages MAC database systems and confidential records and routinely compiles information for administrative reports and updates, in collaboration with the Registrar and other units as required; Assists with training, management, and evaluation of the MAC's peer tutors; Designs and produces training materials and other documents as needed in support of MAC programs; Processes purchasing, travel, and other fiscal paperwork in keeping with VMI Comptroller's office guidelines; Maintains the Miller Academic Center webpage and social media accounts; Performs other duties as assigned by the Director. Minimum Qualifications Related experience in office setting Familiarity with Excel and Qualtrics Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends Able to handle multiple tasks at one time Excellent organizational skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal/written communication skills Additional Considerations Academic support training or experience Data collection experience and reporting Special Instructions You will be provided a confirmation of receipt when your application and/or résumé is submitted successfully.
