Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your energy and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while supporting daily operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software and Google Workspace tools Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate records in spreadsheets and office management systems Support office operations through filing, document proofreading, and organizing correspondence Utilize computer skills to operate office equipment, manage client communication, and support administrative functions Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing or basic financial record keeping using QuickBooks or similar software Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and organized Experience Prior clerical or administrative experience in an office environment is preferred Strong customer service background with excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with productivity software such as Google Workspace Experience managing multi-line phone systems and handling complex scheduling or calendar management Demonstrated computer literacy with data entry, filing, proofreading, and document processing skills Bilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members Knowledge of office management practices including organization of spreadsheets, filing systems, and record keeping Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or personal assistant positions is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while advancing your administrative career!
