Full Job Description Office Assistant Location :

Issaquah, WA — office near the Issaquah transit station, free onsite parking

Schedule :

10-30 hours per week, with potential to move to full-time Pay rate : $22-25/ hour Trio, a real estate finance company, is seeking an in-person office assistant. Hours and duties are flexible based on your qualifications.

What You'll Do:

• Pick up mail from our Downtown Bellevue location — travel time and expenses paid
• Open, sort, and route mail to the right department
• Scan, copy, and file documents (7-10 hrs/week, minimum 2 days in office)
• Notarize documents — we cover the cost of your license
• Assist with financial transactions, calculations, and reporting
• Handle office management: supply ordering, travel booking for remote employees, office equipment
• Make bank deposits in office and at the physical bank in Issaquah Additional hours and duties depend on your qualifications and availability.

What You Need:

• Driver's license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• 12 months of consecutive work history in any field (exceptions considered for students or recent graduates)
• Familiarity with basic office software (Excel, Outlook, Word, Adobe)
