Front Office Coordinator Silverdale, WA Schedule Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (On-Site) About the Role Our client is a relationship-driven wealth management firm known for warm client service and a polished, professional environment. We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face at the Silverdale office. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, coordinate administrative tasks, and ensure seamless communication between clients, visitors, and staff. Your proactive approach and exceptional organizational skills will help create a positive first impression and support the overall efficiency of our office environment. This position is ideal for someone who is polished, organized, personable, and takes pride in running a front office with consistency and care. You will be the first impression of the firm, both in person and over the phone, and your ability to create a warm, professional experience is essential. This is a front desk and administrative support role with client and team coordination responsibilities. Primary Focus of the Role

  • Needs are anticipated and tasks are completed proactively Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Client Experience
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients
  • Greet clients with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness
  • Answer and route incoming calls confidently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office
  • Ensure the lobby is always guest-ready Scheduling & Coordination
  • Schedule and confirm client meetings
  • Manage advisor calendars
  • Communicate with clients ahead of meetings as needed Administrative Support
  • Process mail and check deposits
  • Scan, file, and maintain client documents
  • Monitor shared inboxes and assist with client follow-up
  • Support general office operations and supply management Meeting & Team Support
  • Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up tasks
  • Coordinate small tasks or projects across the team
  • Provide coverage support between Silverdale and Bothell offices Event Support
  • Assist with logistics and preparation for client events

  • Financial services experience is a plus, not required Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in professional services, hospitality, or client-facing environments
  • Experience with a CRM or client database
  • Comfort handling sensitive information with discretion
Pay:
$26.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
