Shift Details:
Contract Position (flexible with shift availability is a plus) 7:45A
  • 4:30P (30 minutes unpaid lunch) Medical Program Administrative Assistant (MPAA)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides administrative and patient scheduling support to the Health Service Unit and its supervisory, professional, and administrative staff. Coordinates patient scheduling, maintains medical records, and assists with patient file reviews and release of information requests. Prepares and processes incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintains accurate computer databases and records. Provides general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the medical program. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
