Kohl's Department Stores is seeking Package Handlers to support our fast-paced retail distribution operations. In this role, you will unload inbound freight, sort and scan packages, and prepare merchandise for store and online order fulfillment. Safely operate material handling equipment, maintain clean and organized work areas, and follow all safety and accuracy standards. You'll work closely with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals and ensure timely, accurate shipment of goods. Responsibilities Unload, sort, and move inbound and outbound packages safely and efficiently Scan, label, and process merchandise using RF scanners and basic computer systems Prepare, pack, and stage merchandise for store replenishment and online order fulfillment Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment following safety guidelines Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with all safety and loss prevention policies Meet or exceed productivity, accuracy, and quality standards Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize workflow and resolve issues Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and basic documentation as needed Required Skills Package handling Warehouse operations RF scanner use Freight unloading Order picking and packing Pallet jack operation Basic computer literacy Inventory handling Safety and OSHA awareness Labeling and sorting
