What you'll be doing: Answering phone calls, directing calls, and resolving customer inquiries with a smile Processing sales orders, creating pick reports, and generating shipping labels Keeping up with daily email and phone correspondence with customers Contacting customers for invoice payments Preparing and packaging orders for shipping - multiple parts and boxes ranging from 1 lb to 40 lbs Accurately and systematically building accessory product kits Daily receiving of company mail, packages, raw materials, and parts Support and fill in when necessary for all other Office and Fulfillment team members Extensive filing and organizing receipts, sales orders, purchase orders, and miscellaneous company documents This position is a good fit for you if . . .
