Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipper to join our dynamic Logo team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining seamless warehouse operations. The Shipper will manage documentation, verify shipment accuracy, and operate material-handling equipment to ensure goods reach their destinations safely and on time.

Duties Carrier Coordination:

Schedule freight pickups, compare shipping rates, and route packages through carriers like UPS, FedEx, and other LTL (less-than-truckload) freight services.

Documentation:

Prepare and generate shipping documents such as Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and customs forms.

Quality Assurance:

Inspect outgoing packages to prevent transit damage and verify that goods match customer order details.

Order Fulfillment:

Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately using RF scanners and inventory management systems.

Skills Education:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Physical Strength:

Ability to stand and walk for long shifts, climb ladders, and frequently lift heavy packages (often between 50 to 60 lbs).

Technical Skills:
