Front Desk Receptionist - Luxury Nail Salon Pinnacle Nails & Spa is looking for a friendly, reliable, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our growing team in Scottsdale. Our front desk team plays an important role in creating a welcoming, polished, and exceptional experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and professionally Manage appointments, check-ins, check-outs, and payments Answer phone calls, texts, and client inquiries with excellent etiquette Maintain accurate client records and assist with data entry Coordinate with nail technicians to ensure smooth service flow and scheduling Keep the front desk and salon environment clean, organized, and presentable Handle client questions and concerns professionally and help resolve issues when needed Support daily administrative tasks and salon operations Encourage clients to leave Google reviews and provide feedback Assist with simple social media content, including photos and short videos, when needed Follow daily task checklists and take initiative to complete assigned responsibilities

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, spa, salon, or receptionist roles is preferred. Strong communication, multitasking, organization, problem-solving, and phone etiquette are essential. Candidates should be comfortable using computers, POS systems, and scheduling software, and should be reliable, detail-oriented, professional, and confident when interacting with clients.
