Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and appreciated from the moment they walk in Schedule appointments efficiently using our booking system, accommodating client preferences and treatment needs Provide detailed information about available skincare treatments, spa services, and retail products to assist clients in making informed choices Manage client check-in and check-out processes while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Assist with retail sales of skincare products, makeup applications, and other aesthetic treatments to enhance client satisfaction and business growth Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across treatment rooms, reception area, and retail displays in accordance with health regulations Support esthetic laser treatments, facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermabrasion, waxing services (body waxing), and other aesthetic procedures under supervision or as directed by licensed professionals Skills Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members Knowledge of skincare products, spa services, and esthetic laser treatments is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a positive experience for every client Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic sales skills to promote retail products such as skincare lines or makeup applications confidently Understanding of sanitation protocols specific to skincare treatments and spa environments Passion for aesthetics, beauty treatments, and helping clients achieve their wellness goals This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the beauty and wellness industry.
