Responsibilities Perform thorough bathing and pet nail trimming to keep dogs clean, healthy, and happy Handle animals with care and confidence, utilizing animal restraint techniques and animal handling skills to ensure safety for pets and staff Assist pet owners at the front desk by scheduling appointments, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness of grooming areas and ensure all equipment is sanitized and properly stored Manage heavy lifting of supplies or animals safely while adhering to proper lifting techniques Communicate effectively with pet owners about their pets' grooming needs, health concerns, or special instructions Qualifications Prior experience in dog handling, pet grooming, or animal care is highly preferred Knowledge of dog training, veterinary technician or assistant experience is a plus Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Passion for animals and dedication to providing compassionate care Experience with pet coat styling, pet nail trimming, animal restraint, and general pet grooming techniques Reliable team player with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Join us in creating a joyful environment where pets are pampered and owners feel confident leaving their furry friends in caring hands.
