This position is responsible for greeting clients, answering incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our insurance agents with administrative and policy-related tasks. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, a strong ability to multi-task, and enjoys helping people. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Assist clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, and basic coverage information. Process policy changes, payments, renewals, and cancellations. Collect and verify customer information and maintain accurate records. Prepare quotes and insurance documents as directed. Follow up with clients regarding renewals, missing information, and outstanding documents. Scan, file, and organize electronic and paper records. Support agents with daily administrative tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office. Perform other office duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service, receptionist, or office experience preferred. Insurance experience is a plus but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and basic computer skills. Ability to learn agency management software. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
