Qualifications:

Exemplary communication and people required. Must be tech savvy; candidates must possess the ability to skillfully navigate between an online scheduler, phone calls, texts, emails, as well as direct messaging within the major social media sites. Job Summary:

Primary responsibilities are facilitating in providing a positive, memorable, and "touching" Spa experience for our Clients in accordance to our Company Values in the daily operations of the Spa. Other major responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Setting a positive and friendly work environment Replying to client inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner and resolving guest concerns Checking in/out clients Managing the flow of the laundry: washing, folding, and keeping sheets and towels properly stocked (we currently do all laundry in-house) Monitoring retail inventory and office supplies Maintaining general upkeep of the Spa, and performing light cleaning, as necessary Developing an understanding and knowledge of all spa services, enhancements, product lines, and retail items Ensuring overall compliance with Company standards, and taking initiative to maintain Standards, as needed Understanding, agreeing with, aligning, and performing duties in accordance with the Values of the Spa Working in tandem with the Spa Director and/or Owner to ensure the continued growth and development of the
