Job Description

Aspire Integrated Medical - Mt. Pleasant is looking for a high-energy, patient-oriented Case Manager/Front Desk Associate to join our team! At A.I.M we are committed to providing the best care to patients through our Nurse Practitioner, our Chiropractors and all staff at 2 locations. We are a very fast paced office that is continuing to grow, focusing on getting patients back to doing what they love. The ideal candidate would be willing to learn in a high-volume office, have a drive for developing relationships with patients and colleagues, and stays calm under chaos! We are looking for someone who is quick to smile, enthusiastic about their work, gets things done correctly, and follows through when given tasks.
Job Specific Requirements:
Serve as a primary point of contact for new patients into the office Assist patients with coordination of care with personal and office schedules to ensure all services are delivered according to the individual patient's treatment plan Close recommended treatment plans set forth by staff Knowledgeable on services offered or willingness to learn Assist with front desk duties such as answering the phone, checking-in/out patients, greeting patients when they arrive Financially responsible and good at working within a budget Sales experience is a plus Taking payments and entering into the computer Entering patient demographic information and insurance into the EMR Address any patient concerns promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction Assist with tracking and book keeping of new and current patients
Required:
High school diploma Bachelors degree preferred Medical Office Experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient on Microsoft Office Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Financial and budgeting skills We offer: Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Bonus Opportunities Health insurance PTO, paid holidays, and no weekends Supportive leadership and team-oriented culture 401k matching
Pay:
$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
