HOURS:

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 4:00 pm-8:30 pm Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greeting students and parents
• Taking payments for tuition and dancewear
• Registration assistance for customers
• Give prospective new parents/dancers tours
• Data entry
• Social Media updates (Facebook/Instagram)

• Billing:

  contacting customers with past due accounts
• Being the go-to person for parents who have questions
• Answering phones and emails
• Filing
• New student inquiries
• phone, email, and in person
• Light cleaning and keeping the studio tidy and organized
• Opening and closing the studio (when needed)
• Costume measuring and ordering
• Keeping an eye on students who stay at the studio between classes
• Studio errands
