Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Service Representative Associated Graphics is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are a print and sign shop specializing in custom signs, banners, vehicle graphics, apparel, promotional products, and more. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in assisting customers while keeping projects organized from the initial request through production. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented, able to multitask, and comfortable working with design files and office software. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service in person, over the phone, and by email. Answer and direct incoming calls in both English and Spanish . Assist customers with placing orders and answering questions about products and services. Receive customer artwork, download and organize design files, and verify file information. Perform basic tasks in Adobe Illustrator , including opening files, checking artwork, organizing customer files, and preparing files for production. (Graphic design experience is a plus but not required.) Send digital proofs to customers and communicate revisions to ensure projects move through production efficiently. Process customer payments, manage cash and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate payment records. (Square) Create and update customer orders using our workflow management system ( Trello ) to ensure production stays organized. Coordinate with the production team by assigning jobs, tracking project status, and ensuring deadlines are met. Keep customers informed about the status of their orders through phone calls, emails, and text messages. Maintain an organized front office and assist with general administrative duties. Help maintain a positive, efficient, and team-oriented work environment. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Experience with Adobe Illustrator or willingness to learn basic file handling. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience handling cash, processing payments, and balancing transactions. Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers. Previous experience in customer service, or office environment is preferred but not required. Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid training Full-time position with consistent hours
