We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to help create an excellent experience for every customer who walks through our doors. This is an important role at the center of our dealership's daily operations. You will be the welcoming face of the business, help customers throughout their visit, keep appointments and paperwork organized, and ensure the office runs efficiently. What You'll Do Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly first impression Answer customer questions and assist with the vehicle selection and purchase process Answer incoming phone calls and promptly return missed calls Schedule and coordinate customer appointments Prepare and organize customer paperwork Keep important documents organized, accurate, and properly accounted for Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and efficient office environment Use email, computer systems, and CRM tools to manage customer information and daily tasks Take a proactive approach to supporting the dealership and improving daily operations You're a
