Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Create and manage receptionist work schedule
• Work closely with salon manager to ensure day to day operations are smooth
• Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Assist with technology sales, such as POS systems or salon equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
• Proficient in handling cash transactions and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
