Maysville Nursing & Rehabilitation is currently seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for an employee who has excellent organizational skills and works well with others.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
Perform reception and telephone duties. Assist with maintaining personnel records. Assist with gathering, assembling, organizing, and compiling the pertinent bookkeeping and resident records. Arrange for meetings, conferences, seminars, and general schedule for the Administrator and others as directed. Monitor and sell meal tickets, as needed. Maintain current file and listing of residents, emergency phone numbers of on-call personnel, key personnel, etc. Greet visitors, guests, residents, salespeople and others. Receive, sort, and distribute mail as directed. Type documents, reports, letters, etc. with proficient typing skills. Communicate with and support residents, families, visitors, etc. Assist with new employee orientation, as needed.
Receptionist Schedule:
Part-Time Days/Evenings Every Other Weekend Holidays as
Needed Receptionist Requirements:
