Part-Time Receptionist Bluegrass Dog Lodge | Salvisa, KY Bluegrass Dog Lodge is looking for a friendly, reliable Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our growing dog daycare, boarding, and grooming facility! If you love dogs, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced, upbeat environment, we'd love to meet you. Job Responsibilities Greet clients and their dogs with a positive, professional attitude Answer phone calls, texts, and messages Schedule daycare, boarding, and grooming appointments Check dogs in and out of the facility Process payments and maintain accurate records Communicate clearly with staff and pet parents Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized Qualifications Must love dogs and be comfortable around all breeds and sizes Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Basic computer skills (scheduling systems, texting, email) Ability to multitask in a busy environment Prior customer service or receptionist experience is a plus (but not required) Schedule Part-time position Weekdays and/or weekends required Hours may vary based on business needs Why Work at Bluegrass Dog Lodge?
