This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, communicates professionally, and is comfortable balancing front desk responsibilities with support for our physical therapy team. We are looking for a team member who is interested in a stable position and becoming an important part of our growing practice. Position Schedule Full-time and part-time opportunities available Monday through Friday Daytime and evening availability No weekend shifts Position is on-site in Little Falls, New Jersey Primary Responsibilities As part of our front office and clinical support team, responsibilities may include: Greeting patients and providing courteous, professional assistance Checking patients in and out for appointments Scheduling, confirming, and adjusting patient appointments Answering incoming phone calls and responding to patient questions Collecting co-pays and other patient payments Entering and updating information in the electronic medical record system Scanning and organizing patient documents Communicating with physical therapists and administrative staff regarding schedules and patient needs Assisting with routine office and administrative responsibilities Maintaining an organized and professional reception area Supporting physical therapists with appropriate non-clinical tasks Participating in staff meetings and helping maintain efficient day-to-day clinic operations Qualifications We are looking for candidates who have: At least 1 year of customer service, reception, administrative, or similar experience Strong verbal and written communication skills A professional and friendly approach when working with patients Good organizational and time-management skills The ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a busy office environment Basic computer skills and the ability to learn electronic medical record and scheduling systems Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and punctuality The ability to work effectively as part of a team Previous experience in a healthcare, medical office, physical therapy, or rehabilitation setting is helpful but not required.
