Role Description The Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role located in Shrewsbury, NJ. This position is responsible for greeting clients and visitors, managing incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, handling mail and deliveries, maintaining the reception area, and performing basic clerical duties such as filing, copying, and data entry. Qualifications Strong receptionist and front desk skills, including experience with Receptionist Duties and managing visitor flow. Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. Solid Customer Service abilities, demonstrating patience, professionalism, and a client-focused mindset. Proficient Clerical Skills, such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and handling mail and office correspondence. Basic computer proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, and spreadsheets). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and supporting firm standards. Prior experience in a professional services or accounting office is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
