For more than 25 years we've served individuals, farmers, small businesses, partnerships, and estates. We're a small office where every client gets personal attention, and our front desk is often the first person they meet. The role We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable person to be the welcoming face and voice of our office. The job is year-round, and our busiest season runs January through April. What you'll do Answer and route phone calls, take clear messages, and return calls as needed Greet clients who come in for meetings, document drop-offs, and tax return pickups Schedule and confirm client appointments using our scheduling software Receive, log, and scan client tax documents accurately and securely Help clients sign for and pick up completed returns Handle incoming and outgoing mail Keep the reception area neat and professional What we're looking for Excellent phone manners and a warm, professional presence Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion Comfort with computers, email, and office equipment (scanner) Reliability and punctuality, especially January through April Office or customer service experience preferred. We'll train the right person.

Schedule January-April:

30-40 hours per week

May-December:

Flexible, part-time hours. We're happy to work around the right person's schedule. Additional details A background check is required. The person hired will sign a confidentiality agreement.
