Hotel Front Desk Receptionist Westhampton, NY 11977 $18 an hour - Full-time $18 an hour - Full-time Position Overview We're seeking a friendly, organized, and hospitality-driven Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of Three Ducks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, thrives in a boutique hotel environment, and takes pride in creating memorable experiences. Because we are a small property, this position is hands-on and requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to help wherever needed to ensure every guest has an exceptional stay. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Answer phone calls, emails, and reservation inquiries Process reservations and payments through our property management system (InnRoad) Assist guests with recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, activities, and events Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests Inspect guest rooms prior to arrival to ensure they meet Three Ducks' quality standards Maintain an organized and inviting front desk and common areas Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally Assist with daily reports, administrative tasks, and light operational duties Help support special events, wellness programming, and group stays when applicable Qualifications Previous hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computers and learning hotel software Ability to work independently while also being a team player Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people.
